For a donation of $25, a large ribbon with the name of your loved one will be included in a special Pink Ribbon Promise display at PinkFest. Last year, the 2007 Komen NC Triangle PinkFest was the inaugural celebration for survivors, co-survivors, friends and family in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and was a huge success! We’re planning an even bigger and better event this year. There will be more food, more music and more fun for the entire family with plenty of activities for the kids and adults. We’ve already received some amazing items for door prizes and the silent auction. Breast cancer survivors will receive special gifts at this wonderful event that celebrates survivorship, family, community and hope.
