Team Awards

Inspire hope. | Race for the Cure | Raleigh, NC | June 9, 2012

A Race for the Cure team is a group of 10 or more participants who join together for the Race season to have fun and raise funds to empower the breast cancer movement. Team awards help drive the friendly competition that makes each year better than the last! Numbers for awards are calculated for registrations received by midnight June 9th. Team members may continue to fundraise up until July 9 to win the Top Fundraising Award.

We recognize the following Team Award Categories:

• Largest Team in Each Category
• Top Fundraising Team in Each Category
• Largest Team in each Category
• Best Team T-shirt Design - Create your own T-shirts! Whatever you can think of. Your imagination is the limit! T-shirts will be on display Race day. To enter your t-shirt, just bring it to the Team T-shirt Contest area near the circle on Meredith's campus by 8:30 on Race morning. Win a space in Team Town on Race day

• Fourteen teams will be awarded spaces on campus to meet on Race Day.
• This contest is based on the AVERAGE FUNDS RAISED per TEAM MEMBER so that even SMALL teams can win!!! Those with the highest average will win!
• Winning teams will each be awarded access to meet in the Amphitheatre on Meredith campus, beginning at 5:30 a.m. on Race Day.
• All teams will be automatically entered into the contest.
• Fundraising deadline for this contest: Midnight, May 22, 2012
