Order Educational Materials

The NC Triangle Affiliate is happy to offer a limited number of educational materials at no cost to organizations within our 13-county service area. Materials can be requested using our online order form or by calling the Affiliate Office during normal office hours. Larger quantities of these items can be purchased through the Marketplace section of the Komen National Website, www.komen.org.

Educational Materials

The following items can be requested, at no cost, from the NC Triangle Susan G. Komen for the Cure. If you want to order more than 50 items total, please contact us directly via e-mail at admin@komennctriangle.org or by phone at 919-493-CURE(2873). Please complete all fields within the contact portion of the form, then enter the number of each item you wish to receive. If you would prefer to order these materials offline, you can download the PDF here.

Please note that there is a limit of 50 items total for free orders.
