An easy way to join us in our efforts to eradicate breast cancer forever is through your workplace giving campaign. If your employer has a payroll deduction program, like United Way, the State Employees Combined Campaign or the Combined Federal Campaign, consider designating your pre-taxed gift to the Komen NC Triangle Affiliate. While we are not a listed charity with some of these campaigns, most of them allow you to write in your designation.

Imagine the difference you could make in the lives of women and families affected by breast cancer if you gave up one latte a week and donated that $4 to the Komen NC Triangle Affiliate through payroll deduction. That adds up to $200 a year, which would allow two uninsured women to get mammograms!

Some small sacrifices on our part can make all the difference to the uninsured women in our community.

Employer Matching Gifts

Many companies will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Your donation will double or even triple! Ask your HR or Personnel Department if you have a matching gift program. If you do, request a matching gift form and fill it out. The form usually requires the charity’s federal tax id number, which we can complete here in the office.
